The Memory of Water

Two actresses, joined us from the UW-Superior Theater Department.

Kirsten and Gabrielle will be playing the roles of Vi and Mary, respectively, in the play "The Memory of Water".  The play premieres on Friday, November 15th at the Manion Theater at UW-Superior.

"The Memory of Water" is about three sisters, each haunted by their own demons, who gather at the home of their recently deceased mother and revisit the past. Each sister views the past in their own way, and they bicker over events of their childhood.

"The Memory of Water" is showing on November 15 & 16, 22 & 23 at 7:30 PM; and November 17 & 24 at 2:00 PM. All shows are at the Manion Theater, at UW-Superior.  You can find more info at their website or Facebook page.

    Deputies say there were no injuries in an early morning structure fire in Esko Thursday. Crews responded to the 200 block of Nelson Road around 4:30 a.m. Deputies said the cause of the fire was not suspicious.
