PolyMet has launched a campaign called Go PolyMet.

The company said it's to help people learn more about the project and become engaged supporters.

The website www.gopolymet.com will include details about the project and videos that show theplant site. It also includes a long list of FAQs and a blog that will be updated regularly.

There is also a planned media blitz, with TV, newspaper, and online ads, along with billboards. PolyMet is the furthest along of the planned base and precious metals projects in the Northland.

There has been a concerted effort against the new type of mining, through groups like Mining Truth.
