Shari and Chris stopped by the studio on Friday, October 4th with some very good friends of theirs!

Shari and Chris are creative directors for the Z Puppets. The Z Puppets are a troupe that has brought 15 different stage productions and hundreds of workshops to people all across the country.

They cater mostly to children, and on October 4th and 5th they'll be at the Duluth Children's Museum!

On Friday, the Z Puppets will be performing The Comical Adventures of Mr. Punch, which is a whimsical take on the Punch & Judy tradition.  The show is a "madcap call-and-response hand puppet romp" according to their website. Chris brought Judy, Punch and the Baby along and gave us a little demonstrationThe show runs at 4:00 and 6:00 PM and is recommended for ages 5 and up.

On Saturday, the Z Puppets will be hosting a workshop on how to make sock puppets! This is also at the Children's Museum. Shari brought along a sock puppet she made from an ordinary, household sock. She made this one up to look like Brittany! The workshop takes place at 10:00 AM.

Sounds like it should be a great time!
