The Superior Young Professionals are a new organization. Their mission is to "connect the young professionals who live and/or work in Superior community to strengthen the Superior community," according to Eric Siljendahl, President of the Superior Young Professionals., or SYP.

They are hosting a kickoff event at the Nemadji Golf Course Clubhouse. This event is free, and there will be a taco bar. SYP hopes to have a great start to their new group. They want to be as inclusive as possible. "Young at heart is good enough for us!" said Brett Brodeen, a board memper for SYP.

"It's vitally important (to network)", said Brodeen. It's a great way to maintain relationship and retain young people in the area, he continued.

Their event kicks off Thursday, September 26th at the Nemadji Golf Course Clubhouse at 5:00 PM. All young professionals living or working in Superior are welcome to attend. There is a free taco bar and you'll get a drink ticket too.
