LAC-MEGANTIC, Quebec (AP) - Police in Canada say the death toll from an oil train derailment and explosions over the weekend is now at 20 after more bodies were found.
Another 30 people are still considered missing.
The head of the U.S. railway company whose runaway oil train crashed into a Quebec town has blamed the engineer for failing to set the brakes properly.
Parts of the devastated area had been too hot and dangerous to enter and find bodies even days after the disaster.
