Man in Custody After Dispute over Fireworks

The St. Louis County Sheriff's Office was called to a fireworks complaint on Sherwood Anderson Road in Great Scott Township Thursday night.
While deputies were on their way, a man drove over to another man's property to confront him about the fireworks, according to the Sheriff's Office.
The police report said that the first man allegedly pulled out a handgun and held it to the other man's head, threatening to kill him in front of witnesses.
According to deputies, the man with the gun was taken into custody. After a search warrant was executed, police said they siezed several handguns at his residence. He is in custody on charges of second degree assault, terroristic threats and damage to property.
The incident is still under investigation.
