The second suspect accused of holding up a house in Grand Rapids has been charged.

Vincent Kale Sierra, from Cohasset, is 16 years old and appeared in Itasca County Court Wednesday. He faces three felony charges; two for first-degree burglary and the other is for theft.

Sierra pleaded not guilty to all three charges.

This comes after police said Sierra and 25-year-old Steven Lee Carpenter burglarized a home on Pokegama Avenue North April 14. Officers said the two stole a gun and ammunition from the home, then help up in a nearby apartment.

Police said the standoff lasted more than two hours, but law enforcement was able to get the two suspects to leave the house peacefully.

Sierra's next court date is set for May 1. Carpenter's next court date is set for April 22.
