Broman Named "Mr. Basketball" Finalist

Five Finalists for the Minnesota "Mr. Basketball Award" have been announced, with Anders Broman from Lakeview Christian Academy in Duluth named as one of the finalists.
Broman is the 6-foot-2 senior guard and is Minnesota's all-time leading scorer. He recently passed 5,000 points in his career. He has committed to South Dakota State. LCA will be facing Rushford-Peterson on Thursday at 1 p.m. at Williams Arena in the Class A State Tournament.
The other nominees include Minnetonka wing Riley Dearring, Park Center guard Quinton Hooker, Moorhead forward Aaron Lien and Edina guard Graham Woodward.
The 2013 Mr. Basketball winner is expected to announced on Monday, March 25th.
