On Thursday, William Levi Payne, age 26, pleaded guilty to seven crimes related to a double shooting that took place in December.
The plea agreement calls for 52.5 years in prison. According to the Itasca County Attorney's office, Payne will have to serve 35 years of that sentence.
Back on December 22nd, Payne entered the home of Rosemary Oberg-Johnson and her son, Paul Johnson. He now admits to shooting both of them. Rosemary died from her injuries. Paul has been recovering.
