Kids in need across Minnesota will get a chance to receive free dental care on February first and second. It's thanks to the Minnesota Dental Association's 11th Annual Give Kids a Smile event.
The event is expected to provide care to 6,000 children at more than 200 dental clinics throughout Minnesota. Since Give Kids a Smile began, Minnesota dentists have given free care to about 50,000 kids and donated services valued at more than $15 million dollars.
If you are interested in scheduling an appointment call the United Way at 211, or the statewide toll-free number 1-800-543-7709. Patients should be 18-years-old or younger.
