A shooting victim's condition has been upgraded.
Paul Johnson is now listed in fair condition according to a spokesperson for Essentia-Saint Mary's Medical Center. Johnson was originally listed in critical condition.
Police said Paul and his mother Rosemary were shot at their home in Grand Rapids late last month. Rosemary died at a Duluth hospital days later.
Officials said the alleged gunman, William Payne, now faces murder charges after Rosemary's death.
