Update: Grand Rapids Shooting Victim Dies

The Grand Rapids Police Department has confirmed that 59-year-old Rosemary Oberg-Johnson has passed away.
Oberg-Johnson, along with 32-year-old Paul Russell Johnson, were critically injured in a shooting on December 22nd.
Paul Russell Johnson remains in critical condition in a Duluth hospital.
William Levi Payne, the alleged gunman, turned himself in after the shooting. At the time he faced 8 felony charges.
With Oberg-Johnson's death, the Grand Rapids Police Department says the criminal complaint will be amended.
Payne is expected to appear in court sometime next week.
Advocates for Family Peace, a Grand Rapids-based advocacy group, has organized a candlelight vigil for Saturday night. It will take place at 8:15 pm on Blandin Beach.
