UMD Defeats St. Cloud State 2-1

Duluth, Minn - Wade Bergman scored the go-ahead goal for the Minnesota-Duluth Bulldogs in the third period on Friday night as UMD defeated St. Cloud State 2-1.
UMD was 0-5-2 in their previous seven games. Friday's win was their first WCHA win this season.
Kalle Kossila opened up the scoring for St. Cloud State with a first period goal. Tony Cameranesi tied it for the Bulldogs with a goal in the second period.
In net, Aaron Crandall stopped 27 shots for UMD. Ryan Faragher also had 27 stops for SCSU.
