Close Chisholm Race Decided by Recount

A close Chisholm City Council race is decided after a recount Tuesday night.
Mary Jo Rahja requested the recount, after trailing Todd Scaia by only 22 votes after the election.
The recount, however, only got her one more vote. Scaia defeated Rahja by 21 votes.
