A serious accident in Sawyer County leaves three people with life-threatening injuries.
The accident happened around 10:15 pm Saturday night, on County Highway CC near the township of Radisson.
The driver, 48-year-old Steven Sutton of Hayward, lost control of the car after passing another vehicle, went into a ditch, and rolled.
One passenger, 39-year-old Christa Debrot of Couderay, was thrown from the vehicle. Another passenger, 22-year-old Andrew Crowe of Couderay, was also seriously injured.
Both Sutton and Crow were transported to St. Mary's Medical Center in Duluth with life-threatening injuries. Debrot was transported Luther Hospital in Eau Claire, also with life-threatening injuries.
The Wisconsin State Patrol says that no one in the car was wearing a seatbelt and that high speed was a factor in the accident.
