Canoe Accident Leaves 1 Man Critically Injured

ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) - Two men were injured, including one critically, in a canoe accident on the lake in Fort Snelling State Park.
Hennepin County Sheriff's spokeswoman Lisa Kiava says one of them was wearing a life vest and was able to stay above water, but the other was pulled under and did not resurface.
KARE-TV (http://tinyurl.com/8njfr27 ) says rescuers were able to find the victim and get him to shore. Both were taken to United Hospital.
