WDIO-TV, LLC will make copies of stories and video aired during our newscasts as a convenience to our viewers.

A flat fee of $35.00 per copy includes shipping and handling. Users do not need to have their own PayPal account to order a video clip. All requests will be verified, and not completed if payment has not been received. If the video clip you are interested in is older than one month, please contact us at 218-727-6864 to make sure the story is available BEFORE filling out this form.

To order a DVD of a news story featured in one of WDIO-TV's broadcasts, please include the following information:

In consideration of its being furnished the requested material by WDIO-TV, the requesting party agrees that said materials will not be used for any purposes other than for personal/home viewing use; and specifically (but without limitation) that the DVD will not be used for any broadcast commercial purposes, or in connection with or as evidence in any proceeding, legal or otherwise, before any court of law, administrative agency or other duly constituted authority.

It is further agreed that no alterations or editing of the DVD shall be made for any purpose without the express written consent of WDIO-TV, LLC. In the event of any use of said materials by the requesting party beyond the use specifically herein licensed, WDIO-TV shall have the right to recover said materials, and any copies or prints made therefrom, from the requesting party without prejudice to any other rights WDIO-TV, LLC may have against said requesting party arising out of said license.

The requesting party agrees to indemnify and hold WDIO-TV, LLC harmless from any and all liabilities, losses or costs of whatever nature arising out of said materials or the use of the same by the requesting party.
