Trial Set for Jesaiah Carlson

A trial date has been set for Jesaiah Carlson, the Two Harbors man accused of first degree murder.
According to the courts, the trial will begin on June 2nd.
Carlson has been charged with murder, in connection with the stabbing death of Megan Ashley Anderson. Anderson was found inside her Eveleth workplace, in August of 2007.
The defendant's public defender is attempting to get the indictment dismissed. Judge Gary Pagliacetti took the matter under advisement, during a motion hearing today.
