Created on: 11/19/2009 4:45 PM Suspect in Break-ins ArrestedOn Thursday, the Duluth Police department arrested a 25-year-old man, for a series of alleged break-ins across several neighborhoods. The suspect, who is from Duluth, admitted to police he is responsible. Police had alerted the public earlier this month, about an increase in break- ins throughout the UMD and Chester Park neighborhoods. Formal charges against the suspect are pending.
