Updated at: 11/03/2009 6:12 PM Hit and Run Vehicle FoundDuluth police say they have found the vehicle reponsible for a weekend hit-and-run that left a teenager in critical condition. Police say the vehicle is a black Honda CRV and they found it in Duluth, thanks to phone calls from citizens. Police say no one has been arrested. The driver allegedly hit 18-year-old Alexander Balluff, as he and three friends were walking on the shoulder of the 2200 block of Rice Lake Road. Balluff remains in the intensive care unit at St. Mary's Hospital. He lives in Oak Grove, and was in town visiting friends this weekend.
