New Restaurant for Duluth Hiring 200 People

Texas Roadhouse is bringing its hand-cut steaks and made-from-scratch food to Duluth, MN.  The company began construction in July and expects the 7,000-square-foot restaurant, located at 902 Mall Drive, to open January 25.

 Texas Roadhouse is a full-service, casual dining concept known for its steaks, fall-off-the-bone ribs and comfortable, down-home atmosphere.  The menu also features an assortment of ribs, chicken, salads, hamburgers, vegetables and all-you-can-eat peanuts. Entrée prices range from $7.99 to $19.99, and the majority of the selections include two made-from-scratch side items.

  • The new restaurant will employ a staff of 200 and seat 300 guests. Starting Monday, November 16, those interested in employment can stop by Caribou Coffee across the street from the restaurant Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.   The following week, applications will be accepted in the restaurant 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

  • The restaurant will be open for dinner only Monday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.; Friday from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m.; and for lunch and dinner on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.; and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
