Wabush Mine Sale

Cliffs Natural Resources said it plans on becoming full owner of an iron ore mine in Canada.
The Wabush Mine has operations in Newfoundland and Quebec.
Cliffs is currently a partner. U.S. Steel Canada and ArcelorMittal Dofasco are the others, and want to get out of the businses.
Cliffs said it expects to pay $88 million to complete the sale.
