Updated at: 09/16/2009 8:14 AM Jones ArrestedA Duluth man with a lengthy criminal history in Duluth, was arrested on a federal warrant on Tuesday. Kelly Jones, 28, was picked up by the Duluth Police Tuesday afternoon after a short chase. A federal indictment said he is a felon in possession of a firearm. Jones also has bank robbery, burglary, drug crimes on his record. He also allegedly pulled a gun on off-duty police officers two years ago.
