On Bainbridge Island, located about one hour from Seattle, Bainbridge Distillery is producing the state's first all-organic spirits. This means they must buy 100% of organic ingredients. But, liquor-maker Keith Barnes says it's worth it. "I think people are a lot more aware of what they're putting in their bodies." Barnes says. One reason he's producing organic alcohol. The spirits don't go on sale until September, but there's already a waiting list for what's sure to be a popular product. There is Minnesota-based company that's also working to produce organic alcohol. It's called Prairie Organic Vodka and is distributed from Phillips Distilling.
