The Itasca County Sheriff says 65-year old Earl Charles Seeley passed away late Thursday afternoon. He had been swimming off a pontoon boat. When he attempted to climb back on the boat, he became exhausted and died. Authorities are unsure if Seeley's death was a drowning or if it was caused by a medical condition.
