  • Trees down near St. Marys Lake near Eveleth July Storms Cause Damage in Multiple Areas

    Storms moved across the region during the evening of July 21 and early morning July 22 knocking out power, flipping boat lifts and blowing down trees.  WDIO is sharing pictures from viewers of the wide spread damage.

  • Storms over Duluth Wild Weekend for Storms, June 27-29

    It was a great weekend for cloud watching, if you could dodge the raindrops or watch from afar. On and off again storms blew across the Northland since Friday, June 27. Viewers sent photos of clouds, hail and rain.
