We were cooking up some tasty healthy tips on GMN. Friday's segment was all about the ways to enjoy the taste of eating right. Mayo Certified Wellness Coach and Life Coach Berta Lippert joined us to share her protein pancake recipe, and other creative ways for a healthy lifestyle.

    We dove into some deep-fried turkey on the show today ahead of Marine General's annual Turkey Fry. "Turkey Man" Russ Francisco took us through the frying - and flavor - process all morning, and it was delicious!

  • Signature Chefs Auction to Benefit March of Dimes

    We cooked up some tasty rigatoni pasta and pheasant sausage with Chef Craig Luchsinger from Midi Restaurant & Wine Bar. It's all in preparation for the Duluth Signature Chefs Auction to benefit the March of Dimes. 

  • CHUM Rhubarb Festival: Rhubarb Khoresh

    We had Executive Director of CHUM Lee Stuart on the show to tell us all about the 10th Annual CHUM Rhubarb Festival. She also cooked rhubarb khoresh for us to try! Rhubarb Fest is free and starts tomorrow at 9 a.m.
