Owners Geoff and Johanna Rich brought the franchise to Duluth. It's a 30-minute, full-body workout.

"You kind of incorporate bits and pieces of everything. Because of the different stations or rounds, we are able to do a core workout, like abs. We are able to do things, like squats, and then there's different things, like jump rope and jumping jacks and different cardio," explained Geoff.

Johanna took GMN anchor Maarja Anderson through their "first time workout," which is specifically designed for new members or those interested in trying out the circuit.

The circuit consists of nine stations, hence the name 9Round.

"Because it's a circuit, the stations rotate every three minutes, so you are able to come anytime we are open. There is always a trainer included and you can jump in," explained Geoff. "You can show up at any time. No class times. No schedules."

The workouts change daily and include active rests between rounds. Geoff says anyone can do the circuit because workouts are modifiable for injuries and fitness level.

9Round is located at 1334 W. Arrowhead Rd. at the Kenwood Shopping Center in Duluth. You can follow updates on their Facebook Page or find more information on their website
