Tech Bytes: Target Delivery Service, Early Paychecks

In today's Tech Bytes, Target's same-day delivery service. The chain is paying $550 million in cash for "Shipt," a company that specializes in grocery deliveries. Target plans to start offering same day delivery at half of its stores next year.

Walmart is offering its workers a way to access their paychecks before payday. Walmart employees short on funds, can get paid early through a new app up to eight times a year. The retailer will also provide an app to help workers budget.

What better place to see the latest Star Wars film than in space. The crew of the International Space Station will be able to watch Star Wars: The Last Jedi. NASA says the movie will be beamed up as a digital file. Crew members will watch it on a laptop or a projector.
