Tech Bytes: "Amazon Go Store," Google Play Audiobooks

In today's Tech Bytes, the store of the future opens today. The "Amazon Go Store" in Seattle will let you scan an app when you enter, then you'll be charged automatically as you pick up items, thanks to cameras and other sensors. Grocery store unions have been critical, but Amazon says if the idea catches on, millions of cashier jobs in the U.S. can be re-purposed.

If you enjoy audiobooks, you'll soon have a new place to turn. The Google Play Store will soon be getting a dedicated audiobook section. Users will reportedly get 50% off their first purchase.

Apple CEP Tim Cook and nobel peace prize winner Malala Yousafzai are joining together to launch a campaign called "Think Different" to improve education for girls around the world. They recently met with Syrian refugees; one of whom talked about her dream of becoming an architect to rebuild her country.
