Life Coach Pam Solberg-Tapper is asking you to change it up this upcoming year and commit to a character driven resolution.

Think about who you want to "be" versus what you want to "do". Solberg-Tapper suggests these steps to help you become a better you in 2018.

ASK YOURSELF:

- What character trait do you want to be more of? ·

  • Kind
  • Courageous
  • Compassionate
  • Approachable
  • Generous
  • Determined

- Why is this important to you?

Once you figure out what traits you want to be more of, ask yourself why that trait is important to you. Solberg-Tapper suggests to write down those reasons.

APPLY MENTAL CONDITIONING

Practice that trait in your daily routine.

ASSESS YOUR PROGRESS WITH REFLECTION

Look at how your practice is going each night. Think of what went well during that day and what you would do differently next time to be your best self.
