Volunteers have been working to set things up at the Buffalo House (2590 Guss Road) in Duluth.

This popular fall activity consists of mazes, ghoulish scenes, pneumatic props, sensory platforms and state-of-the-art light and sound systems. A hayride through the "haunted forest" is also back this year.

It opens Friday, October 13 at 7 p.m. Tickets are $15 per person.

Folks who bring a non-perishable food item will receive $2 off admission price.
