The Public Works and Utilities Department is working with EPC Engineering & Testing firm to conduct soil borings in that area for a future water line project. The soil borings require the ramp to be closed.

It'll be closed from 9 a.m to 4 p.m. The city says motorists should use alternate routes to access the downtown area.
