Nicole Facciotto with Animal Allies says a home with older kids might be a better fit with P.K. due to his young age. He  loves to play with everybody.

"He's got some young dog energy for sure, " she says.

While he has lots of energy, he'll still make a great snuggler at the end of the day.

On Tuesday, December 12, Animal Allies is hosting a foster training at the shelter.

No registration is required. The shelter will provide answers to your questions and give you the information you need to see if pet foster care is something you'd be interested in doing.

"If it's something you've been thinking about, definitely come on by and see if it's for you, " Facciotto says.

If you'd like to adopt P.K., visit Animal Allies at 4006 Airport Road or give them a call at 218-722-5341. Click here to see more animals available for adoption.
