"He's pretty quiet and chill," Nicole Facciotto with Animal Allies says.

She says he's pretty mellow when in his cage, and is often overlooked because of this.

This friendly cat enjoys head scratches, chin scratches, and most other acts of loving attention. In return, Mr. Tibbs will have plenty of love to give in forms of snuggling and being your new friend.

Facciotto says now is a great time to donate to Animal Allies. Their matching each donation up to $10,000 until the end of the year. Money goes straight toward helping the animals at the shelter.

If you'd like to adopt Mr. Tibbs, visit Animal Allies at 4006 Airport Road. You can also give them a call at 218-722-5341. Click here to see more animals available for adoption.
