Eartha and Lucky are an inseparable pair of black cats up for adoption at Animal Allies.

The phrase 'opposites attract' could be used with these two. 7-year-old Eartha is a cool, calm gal. Her counterpart, Lucky, is a more energetic, personable gentleman.

"He's definitely a little more mobile, loves to explore the room, check things out," Nicole Facciotto with Animal Allies says.

Once this 6-year-old calms down, he will make a great snuggler.

Facciotto says Eartha is a little overweight and is on a special diet at the shelter. Whoever adopts them might want to also buy an 'exercise ball,' now available at the shelter.

It's a cat toy that doubles as a food dispenser. Facciotto explains this device is a great way for felines, like Eartha, to get their exercise, while also getting their daily meal.

If you'd like to adopt Eartha and Lucky, visit Animal Allies at 4006 Airport Road or give them a call at 218-722-5341. Click here to see more animals available for adoption.
